I came here on Friday to use the automated car wash. It accepted my payment and charged my account, but the machine was broken so I was unable to get my car washed. No big deal----these things can happen, but when I call the number on the website, it is a fax machine so I can't get through to any one. When I try to fax them a note....it comes back "communication error"
