My wife dropped a watch off in December that we did not get repaired until middle of March. It went in with a crack across the face (one crack). When it came back the glass was shattered and the watch now is broken on the side. The owner having no customer service skills did everything to act like my wife had broken it. This watch was a birthday present and they treated it like a piece of junk.
I had an emergency situation with my glasses. Even though it was very little money for them, they helped me out and were very friendly about it. They have earned my business and gratitude going forward.
You can do what you want with this review but we will never go back and recommend no one else does either.
