I am a former and now current customer of Paola Mini-Stor. I came back because of the way Management treated me, and the quality of the facility.
Jason provided us with exemplary customer service and made it very easy for my husband and me to store our household goods while waiting for a house. The cost was low and easy to provide. We used this facility for two months and never had any issues contacting Jason if we ever had an emergency. Great location right across from the Paola Police Department, too. I highly recommend this to anyone who is in need of storage space!
Management made the rental/payment/ closure process easy and as pleasant as possible. I am back, and as long as I need a storage unit, this is where I will be. This Company has done an excellent job of saving me time, money and aggravation.
