I've had to have two of my animals put down and soon after I always get a sympathy letter.
Dr. Jobe is accommodating to you as a pet owner, and, listens to you when you have a pet in crisis. My sweet cat is there now overnight..you can trust them to take care, and do what's best.
I worked in vet clinics..I understand and they do, too.
I'm taking my pets there for 20 years and all of them have been treated well and taken care of with love and care all my pets of live to be 13 14 years old with the care of Miami Veterinary Clinic

I have been using the Miami Vet Clinic for 25 plus years. Dr. Alyssa Jobe (Paola High School graduate) is the Dr. that sees my animals. They take good care of their patients.

We had our dog in for a hematoma surgery. When we picked her up she was not wrapped, she had a abnormally large slice taken out and immediately it was full of fluid again. Next day made another appointment, they gave her an antibiotic and charged for the office visit. I didn't have a problem paying for the medicine but the office visit for something we already paid for didn't seem right. Had to go back yet again and we were charged again. I called Gerard to discuss this and he was the most arrogant person I had ever talked to. No help, no resolution and wanted to charge the full amount to do the surgery for a second time. I will never take any animal back to him nor would I ever recommend.
